Matthew's work began with addiction counseling, and since then, he has worked as a statewide trainer teaching individuals to deliver programing and connect with others both in the home and at work.
His focus now is to help people find their best selves, so they can nurture and grow into their full potential.
When Matthew isn't helping people become their best, you can find him in his wood shop, making original pieces that come to life with his unique perspective.
